Returns:
All crowns and products are inspected by the manufacturer and then again by me before shipping to you. If for any reason, you need to return a product, you must contact me through e-mail ("contact us" page) within 3 days of receipt. After receiving your authorization number, you may return for credit towards another purchase. Please note: Shipping costs cannot be refunded and will not be added towards any store credit you may have. All returns must be in original box and packaging, in re-saleable condition with postage paid. We will not except any returns with postage due. After 3 days of receipt, products are NON-RETURNABLE.

Shipping:
Most shipments are sent USPS Priority Mail and insurance is included. However,USPS Ground Mail will be used if shipping box is too heavy or large to go Priority. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. Delivery with Priority Mail is usually 1-3 days. Please review shipping address carefully when placing an order. We cannot be responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or services.
